Back in the summer of 1999, members of the OBSSE, in an attempt to entertain themselves during the long X-Files hiatus, began compiling this list of quotes, exchanging the word "underpants" for a pivotal word(s) in the quote. This little game was originated using Star Wars quotes. See the original Star Wars quotes here.
